Lisa Oxenhandler
Lisa Oxenhandler began working at Career Advancement Corporation in 1991, witnessing a tremendous amount of change. One thing that has not been altered, is the pleasure she receives when introducing a candidate to a company where they go to work for the long-term; there are a couple of candidates still working with companies where Lisa placed them when she first came to CAC.
“My personal mission is to help employers find employees of the highest caliber, while helping candidates find the best job they can imagine. I want people to think of me when they, or anyone they know, are looking for a new position or a new staff member. It’s my desire that each person I work with realize I have their best interest at heart.” -Lisa
Patty Shofner
Patty Shofner joined Career Advancement Corporation in 2000 after working as a corporate manager. Having been on the other side of the fence allows her to understand what the employers are looking for as well as the type of candidates they will choose.
“I love making a significant difference in someone's life. Not only finding the candidate a perfect opportunity where they can grow, flourish and be part of a team but also provide significant job satisfaction. This is my way of helping others and that is what I enjoy the most.” -Patty
Adah Kile
After over three years in the insurance industry, Adah joined CAC in October of 2010. Adah believes that her career change will allow her to more directly help people and have a positive affect in their lives.
“I am dedicated to helping our employers find the best candidates. In listening to their needs, I can match them to qualified candidates. By doing so, I also help our candidates by placing them in a position where they will be happy long-term. My passion for helping people fuels my desire to connect experienced, reliable candidates to our employers.” -Adah
