Administrative / Order Asisstant

- Screening calls
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Preparing reports and financial data
- Training other support staff
- Customer relations.
- Also calls for flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management
- Assist the Order Department by maintaining solid customer/member relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Excellent communication abilities are essential.

Job Requirements:

- At least three (3) years experience as general office or department manager responsibilities.
- Position holder must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including making travel arrangements and hotel arrangements. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Position holder must also have basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft office programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Successful candidate must be proficient in English, spelling and math. Candidate must possess accurate typing skills (50 wpm).
